I work with a full scale production company to get only the highest quality videography. When we put together a marketing plan for your property's videography, it is custom tailored to make sure that your home stands out and makes potential buyers want to see more. The videography is used across multiple social media platforms online to attract buyers and get more people to view your property. My last property video saw over 12,000 views across multiple platforms. The video is also used as the feature on REALTOR.CA so that site visitors will see it first.

Twilight photography is extremely important for making sure that your listing stands out. When potential buyers are scrolling through listings on, Zolo, House Sigma or any other platform, this is what is going to make them stop scrolling and look at your listing. Whether it's a starry night sky or a beautiful sunset, this will ensure your property gets the most attention possible.

Having high-quality professional photography is one of those things that are no longer a "nice to have" on your listing. They are absolutely critical to a successful sale. All of my listings have drone photography and videography included in the marketing. This is great for showing potential buyers a different view of the property and gives an added element of quality to the marketing. This is also great for showing the full scale of the property as well as any features of the property such as water frontage or acreage.



All of the marketing materials created above are then used strategically online to target potential buyers and get your property seen by as many people as possible. Using a mix of paid and organic advertising across multiple online platforms rest assured that I am going above and beyond to get your property onto the devices of potential buyers and their agents. Every social media marketing and advertising strategy is custom tailored to find those who are most interested in your property and every cent spent is complimentary and comes at no extra cost to you.


My listing package also includes a complimentary staging consultation from a professional home stager. They will come to your home and make a full staging recommendation report for you so that your home can look it's best. In some cases where your property may be vacant then staging the property will be included (sale price and marketing strategy will determine if property is staged or virtually staged)


All listings come with a custom designed feature booklet which is printed on high quality gloss paper for a professional look and feel. These booklets highlight all of the selling features of your home as well as displaying the beautiful photography of your property. These will be displayed in the home for showings so that potential buyers can take one home with them. These help buyers to remember the property after seeing it as well it provides a physical presentation of the property which a lot of buyers appreciate vs. looking at a screen.



Your property will also have it's very own feature web page on this website. This is where traffic will be driven to from the various social media advertisements. Here potential buyers will be given all of the information on the property as well as a gallery view of all photography and videography as well as links to the 3D virtual walkthrough. I am a member of both the Barrie & District Association of Realtors® Inc as well as the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board so I am able to post any listings I have on both of these boards. This gives your listing exposure to a wider range of agents looking for their buyer clients. Being close to Toronto where buyers generally have more spending power, this is a very powerful way to attract buyers who are more likely to pay a higher price for you property.
